For over 30 years Gillean Anderson has been practising as a Remedial Massage Therapist in Alness and throughout The Highlands. Starting in 1988 she worked with her Father, Ron Anderson, until 2007 when she took over the practise. Her clients come from all over Ross-shire, Sutherland and Inverness. In 2020 she opened The Anderson Therapy Clinic in Dingwall.

Gillean is registered and insured with the L.C.S.P. Register. The London & Counties Society of Physiologists was founded in 1919 and is the oldest-established and largest organisation of private practitioners of remedial massage and manipulative therapy in the U.K. At the present time it represents practitioners and students of these therapies. The LCSP Register is in broad agreement with and fully supports the moves towards the Integration of Complementary and Alternative Healthcare with Conventional Medicine as discussed during the Conference formally opened by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales at London in May 1998.
